Originally this skirt was meant to be a jumperskirt, but once I finished the bodice, I realized it was too big in the bust, and quite unfixable...
So, I chopped some of the bodice off, and turned it into this high-waisted skirt! I'm pleased with out it came out, pretty much exactly as I envisioned it
Flocked organza, chiffon, and cotton make up the main part of the skirt, with organza ribbon and velvet ribbon for the trim. The pink striped waistband was reclaimed from a men's button-up shirt I found while thrifting~
