"Thou art a plant sprung up to wither never,
But, like a laurel, to grow green forever"
~Robert Herrick

So the other day I decided to take `SaTaNiA & =Fiery-Fire's Splits-Elliptic Tutorial for a spin- I can somehow never follow it quite right as when I get to the end, my finished product doesn't look the same :? I don't get why, but whatever, this is not too important to me...

I just finished rendering a 4200x3500px version of this to print :] Awwww yeah, new work to show this weekend! I'm really pleased with this one, and I think it will appeal to my audience~

I've also switched over to using Apophysis 7X by =Xyrus02 :heart: I don't know how it took me so long to switch to it, I have just been so out of the loop lately ^^; Well, until now, hehe ;)

Prints are available on my website, IN-FINITE :)

Itīs awesome!!! I love the colors and the shape!!!
But... if you want to know why it doesnīt look as the tutorial, thatīs because, as I can see you used some type of Julian as your final transform. Try to use bipolar!! ^^

But... Iīm just telling you why it doesnīt look as the tutorial!!
Itīs beautiful anyway!!! :love:

Thanks! :hug:
I did add a Julian2 as my final transform ^^ That was on purpose.
What I meant was even while on the initial steps of the tutorial, mine doesn't look the same (it's not filled in the corners). I think I'll just have to ask about it~

So long as you have the Ellipic and Splits plugins you should be able to follow the tutorial just fine :) I know they can be found in the ApoShack Plugin Pack~

i tried to download that once a week or so ago but couldint get it to work and i messed it up to where i couldint get apo to work at all. it came up with errors from the plugins. i think i must have done it wrong since i wasint exactly sure on where to put them since i dont have much experience with that sort of thing yet. could you give a step by step sort of for me to follow to get it in the right files?

Ah ah, perhaps you tried putting all of the downloaded plugins into the Plugins folder for Apo? For whatever reason, you may only put 27 plugins in the folder before Apo will blow up on you ^^; I had this problem before ;)

So basically make sure you only ever have 27 plugins :) I've created an extra folder for all the extra plugins, that I swap out when I need them~

Thats not quite true...the newer versions of Apo can take up to 100 plugins, but some variations do make it slower than the others, so best is about 50 or 60.

Ah, alright, good to know. I was only speaking from past personal experience, I don't keep up with all the details of every release ^^;
